I've spent the last 10 years involved with wildlife rehabilitation and rescue in some fashion or another. I've volunteered at several facilities that have granted me a privileged opportunity to work closely with animals to help restore them to releasable condition.

I have hiked the Wonderland Trail twice and prefer to spend the short sweet summer months here in Washington crawling over our mountains. I am an avid birder and have several rescue birds myself.
